The Hadza or Hadzabe live around lake Eyasi, not so far from Ngorongoro crater in Tanzania. There are about a 1000 hadza remaining and they are still living as hunter-gatherers. It was thought they would somehow be related to the San bushmen in Southern Africa because both tribes use a similar click language. Most recent studies indicate that they may be rather related to the Pygmees. They still hunt with bow and arrow and do mainly shoot birds and dik dik ( a small antelope).
